I am not going to give up on this, I will ask again to have your case escalated (AGAIN). You have a clearly defective cartridge that is in warranty, HP should (and must) replace it. I would not expect they would refund the replacement price, but they should replace the defective cartridge.
I will send you a private message where I will request some further details (but no private information).
