HP Recommended

Hello, I have registered HP SMART TANK 790_ALL IN ONE PRINTER issue with HP  on 28th March 2024. They have said a technician will visit your place to repair but till date(4th March) no one has visited, not even called us. Daily I follow up with the HP Service Update Team. Every time they are saying  *"As I can see, the concerned team is working on your case. I'm arranging a call back for you from the concerned team. You will get a call back within 24-48 working hours. They will assist you better regarding your case."* but no calls are received from their end. What is the solution?
