Hello , i recently cancelled my ink plan for my 8710 printer. I sold it with my business. As i went in to remove the printer from my account so the new owner can set up an account. it says the ink account is cancelling in progress and when i click remove printer it says i'm still subscribed to an ink account that I need to cancel. I've done this already. Any help to make this faster. I can't seem to find anyone to talk to with HP.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi @Mike1150 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty removing your printer from the HP account. While I can't directly interact with your HP account or perform actions on it, I can provide you with steps that might help resolve the issue:
Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies before attempting to access your HP account again. Sometimes, cached information can cause issues.
Use a Different Browser or Device: Try using a different web browser or device to access your HP account. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the browser or device you are currently using.
Check Ink Subscription Status: Verify that your ink subscription has been successfully canceled. Log in to your HP account and navigate to the ink subscription section to confirm the cancellation status.
Manual Printer Removal: If you're unable to remove the printer through the online account, you can try manually removing it from your computer's devices and printers settings. Go to "Control Panel" or "Settings" (depending on your operating system), find the printers section, and remove the HP printer.
HP Smart App: If you have the HP Smart app installed, check if you can manage your printer and subscription through the app. It might provide additional options for canceling subscriptions.
Check for Pending Actions: Ensure that there are no pending actions related to your ink subscription. Sometimes, actions take time to process, and trying to remove the printer too soon might result in errors.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
