Recently received black and color cartridges from HP Instant Ink and it turns out they are a lot smaller that I always receive from HP?
It's a mystery why this is happening now....
Also an error message after installing cartridges black C4EB9024 ??

Try the below suggestions
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Dear Jay,
The error has now been resolved but the cartridges have unfortunately remained the same size, I request HP Instant Ink to send me the large cartridges or an equal set of cartridges.
