HP DeskJet Plus 4140 All-in-One Printer

When I try to print a diagnosis page or printer report the page is very faded and is missing most of the information. Plenty of ink in both cartridges. Also when trying to print from a pdf or word document the paper flies through the machine without being touched(blank).

Here are pictures of what has been printed so far.

Then try to print again a diagnosis page.

Steps are kind of unclear, should I follow the picture or the voice, because the voice says nothing about submerging the cartridge in water while the step in the video does so?

Steps did not work, printing the exact same.
