DeskJet, 2500 is printing blanks. I have run all the diagnostics in HP Smart like alignment etc. and it is saying that the printer is ready. I checked the ink cartridges and there’s Inc.. Anyone know how I can correct this issue? I am not use the printer in a while. Could it be that the ink is dry?

I fixed the problem. The blank the black ink cartridge must’ve been dry. I replaced it and it’s printing. Yay!
