I can't get the printer to print the right colors - the test prints are coming out purple, dark pink and orange rather than blue, pink, yellow and the green box on the test page is purple-gray. The ink levels are fine, the heads have been cleaned multiple times, the toner cartridge was wiped with alcohol, etc. The colors were ok previously - this issue seemed to correspond with running out of black ink.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Was tape re-applied to the color cartridge? The color cartridge has ink mixing between the magenta (pinkish) ink and the cyan and yellow. It may help to run a series (up to three) of cleaning cycles. If this does not clear the issue you will need to replace the cartridge.
