I was given the HP DeskJet 2655 and told it hadn’t been used in a while. I have set it all up and tried printing a test page and it’s blank. I cleaned printheads multiple times, and nothing. HP Smart App says the ink cartridges are full. What can I do?

If the ink dried for keeping the printer stored for long time, then

please follow steps from the next video to clean cartridges:
