DeskJet 2752 not printing properly

I have an issue with my other HP printer and until stores are open in my area, I cannot take it and get it serviced under extended warranty. 
so I went out and bought a HP DeskJet 2752 the other day.  I got it all set up today.  

it printed the first 3 pages of information okay as I was setting up the printer and then the next pages printed no good, as seen in photos.  

What could be causing this?  How can this be corrected.
