Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This printer has been nothing but trouble.  Finally got it so it connects to the internet fairly reliably.  Now the print is real light blue, barely readable! Did their online cleaning,  pulled out and shook the ink cartridges which are new and full...and still nothing.  It is, in my opinion, ***bleep***
