Product: DeskJet Plus 6400

Hi,

My DeskJet Plus 6400 is not printing lines, or printing incomplete lines for both colour and black printing, The cartridges are full, I cleaned them and I performed automatic cleansing and alignment as well but it didn't improve. Any idea?
