I installed two new inks. But "Ink Alert" light is always on.

I merely want to scan documents. But I think the scanner is not working, because "Ink Alert" light is on.

@DeskJet3760, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are not able to scan. Which device are you using to scan?

Are you using HP ink cartridges?

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

Follow the steps from - Blinking Lights
