DeskJet2135
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hallo

I recently bought a new ink HP 123(Black) and HP 123 (Tri-colour)  for my DeskJet2135, previously I used HP 652 cartridges.

When I put the cartridge into the printer, the black ink led started flashing (Incompatible-Ink). I watched some videos on the topic, please refer to this one on YT:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UUbY984jrM

Finally, I decided to reset my printer region to use my new Ink Cartridge. It should be the Region code of [Africa, CIS, Latin America, and Middle East]. It is currently on the region of [Europe, Middle East, and Africa].

I'm in a hurry.

Please send me the 5 codes (41-42-43-44-45 & 51) to change to the region [Africa, CIS, Latin America, and Middle East] so that the HP 123 cartridges can work.

Thanks.

Other details:

Printer SN: [XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX]

Total Page Count: 2077

TriColor Cartridge ID: 4754225800483887

Black Cartridge ID: 2806FA00F6304C89

RX(last 4 digits): 0000

When you use a compatible ink cartridge from another region of the world and it shows an incompatible error message. You need to change the region code of your HP printer. Find out how I did it.
