Product: DeskJet2722e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer DeskJet2722e was purchased in Italy, and it's been brought back to China. I purchased from HP China official online store a pack of 805# cartridges, which are equivalent to 305# cartridges in Italy. However, it prompted that these cartridges were incompatible after being installed. What should I do? Thanks.
