Deskjet 2050 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am an IT technician for an organization,

I've set up a Deskjet 2050 all in one printer for a user,  got the correct drivers and can confirm it is communicating properly as I can check the ink levels and send test and calibration pages to the printer. My problem is that no matter what I send to the printer, all that prints out is a little black spot in the top right corner.

I have used every single resource possible to try and identify the issue, and no diagnostic tool can find anything wrong with the printer. However it refuses to work properly.

I spent 2 hours trying to get this to work, and have an exceptional success rate getting printers to work. This is a brand new machine. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? Should I tell the user to just send it back because it is faulty? Please help
