Product: HP Laptop - 15s-gr0008au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am Having HP 15s - gr008au Laptop of the following specifications,

 

RAM - 4 GB

Processor - AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics 2.60 GHz

Windows 11 Home Single Language

 

I bought Deskjet 2332 printer along with my Laptop. The Cartridge, which was included in it, worked fine. Then for about 6 months the printer was used only for scanning. Then when I printed a page in black, the print was partial then later the black ink LED alone started blinking.  So I recently bought the replacement cartridges 805 from the official hp store. Even after replacing, the problem persists. 

 

Please help me solve my issue.
