I am experiencing problems with my print quality, mainly the blank ink.  I have cleaned the print heads (both level 1 and level 2 cleans), and aligned them by printing the test page and scanning it.  The ink level is almost full.  The attached picture shows the issue I have far better than any description I can give.  This should be a full page of text.

Any help greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

@Frenchie1974, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that the print quality is not good. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Use HP inks.

If the issue persists, replace the black ink cartridge to conclude if the issue is with the original ink cartridge or the printer itself.

If you have used 2 different ink cartridges, and the issue persists, it means the printer has gone bad.

If the replacement ink cartridge resolves this issue, the original one is defective.

You may reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
