Bonjour, mon imprimante V1N06B a été achetée le 6mars 2022, garantie 2 ans elle est donc toujours sous garantie. La cartouche noire ne délivre plus rien alors que l'indicateur de niveau indique la moitié. Cordialement.

Still under warranty despite HP is saying it is not..
Indicator shows my inks levels are still ok, but the black ink doesn't work.
What can I do, I cannot get in touch with HP support because they say my printer is out of warranty, which is not the case. Thank you

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting print quality issues, I am glad to assist you.
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
If not, Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page and check how it prints.
Use HP Printer Assistant to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page in Windows.
Load plain paper into the input tray.
Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.
HP Printer Assistant opens.
Click Print & Scan, and then click Maintain Your Printer.
The printer toolbox opens.
On the Device Services tab, click Print Quality Diagnostics Page
.
If that does not print fine, follow these steps:-
Clean the ink cartridges
Clean the ink cartridges using the HP software, and then evaluate the results.
Use HP Printer Assistant to clean the ink cartridges in Windows.
Make sure to load plain paper into the input tray.
Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.
HP Printer Assistant opens.
Click Maintain Your Printer.
The printer toolbox opens.
On the Device Services tab, click Clean Cartridges
.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.
If the print quality is acceptable, click Done. You can stop troubleshooting.
If the print quality is unacceptable, click Second-level Clean to continue the next level of cleaning.
