Colour cartridge is the only one that works since it was brand new. After about 3 to 4 pages black and white prints they started coming out extremely light and barely visible as well as blotchy (no consistent lines or letters, or words.
I have attempted everything available through support to no avail ie cleaning print heads, alignment and so on and so forth.
Any one know of any tricks they have used to get it working once again or do you reckon im stuck with a dud?

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
