Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have just bought a new deskjet 2710e printer I have set it up exactly as it says to do so, it os coming up that the black cartridge has a communication problem, i bought another new black cartridge but it won't let me finish the setup with it. 

 

Is there a fix for this or is the printer goosed?
