Deskjet 3520 Ink Not Compatible

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased some fresh ink for my HP Deskjet 3520. The product code for the ink to be compatible with the printer is 564, however, on the HP website itself and on Amazon the code recommended for compatibility is 364.

 

After putting the fresh 364 ink into the printer it is saying all of the new cartridges are incompatible.

 

Can I please have some advice on why this is and how it can be resolved as there is no information on the HP website regarding the issue at all?

Are you located in the UK?

 

Where did you purchase the printer from?

 

The cartridges used by a printer in Europe are 364, in the US are 564:

Hi,

 

Printer was purchased in the UK by the original owner in 2014 roughly, I purchased off them late last year.

 

The ink was also purchased from Amazon UK.
