Hello
I downloaded from HP Desktop printer 3755 though in the printer assignment it shows up as 3700. When I printed a standard word document, text only, the page printed without characters. Just a blank page. I then did the routines using HP Smart to align, to clean the heads and so forth. I also did a variety of print pages that were presented in HP Smart. All the pages in this effort are attached.
It is the ink levels. The levels show plenty of ink however it is the test print, demo print and so forth they do print however - faintly. I have plans moving future forward to using this printer for mostly document print jobs. What can I do to fix this issue? Thanks!
PS I read the articles in HP Forum, YouTube fixes for Deskjet 3755 and so forth.
