Hi im printing my own labels with pictograms (have been for a few month now) my printer asked me to input the alignment numbers in the boxes ..which i did..maybes my eyesight is off as now the pictograms are looking like they are slightly double visioned on the labels.. The wording seems ok ish..Iv changed the cartridges, done test pages, been on the app and cleaned the heads etc but I think i need to do an Alignment again, but cannot find where to do it. Iv tried to show a pic of the square from the test page that says alignment. You can see the square lines dont line up correctly.
Did speak to someone from a pop up thing via my computer (dont even think it was HP people, got concerned as he wanted to take remote access to my computer to fix my printer issue, so i thanked him and ended the call).
Can anyone guide me on how to do an Alignment again please or help to rectify my blurry image.

I have figured it out. (I am not very good with Technology when things go wrong). I was trying to find alignment for my Deskjet 3762 Printer through the HP mobile app on my mobile, which I found I could clean printer heads etc but their was not the option to align. So after many many a hour of searching etc etc, I eventually downloaded HP App but to my laptop n BOOM!! the option to Align was their exactly were i could clean printer heads etc, and now the images are perfect. So for me on my mobile the option was not their to Align BUT used the app, but through the laptop the option to Align was their. It's working a treat now.
