Hello there,
since a couple of weeks I have some serious quality problems with my printer. As you can see in the picture I attached, the text is not printed in a black, more in a grey since the only the border of the letters are printed the inside is just white. Further the printer seems to habe some serious problems with the color, the black hair of the shown model is printed orange and the black turtleneck turned blueish. I want to point out, that there is enough ink (black and Color) and I also deleted all drivers an Software an reinstalled it again. I habe this issues on both my Desktop Mashine and on my laptop, and I tried it using the HP Smart App and printing via Adobe Reader directly. Using the app from the phone resulted even worse, in this case there is no text printed, the picture is in the same poor quality. Built in Features like cleaning, Testprints and so on have no postive impact too. I am looking foward to get some good support 🙂 Thank you very much and have a nice day.
Best regards
Christoph

@k124705, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. I'm afraid this seems like a hardware issue as you have tried printing from different devices and different apps.
Have you tried using alternate ink cartridges if available to check if that helps?
Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a print quality report to check the result. (steps 10 and 8 respectively)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
