I'm going crazy here trying to print out travel docs which NEED to be printed in colour.  All I can get is black and white.  Tried several ways to get colour with no luck.  Please help it's urgent!!!

  • Clean Print Heads: Use your printer's utility software to clean the print heads. Sometimes, clogged print heads can prevent the printer from dispensing color ink properly.
