Product: HP Deskjet F4435
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Neither color nor black cartridge will print anything.  I bought a new black cartridge and still nothing but white pages come out.  Yes, have auto cleaned everything, via HP installed software.

 

Youtube video I watched says problem is usually in the printhead.  From what I looked, up HP Deskjets use a cartridge/printhead all in one combo.  Is this true.  Hand cleaning the black c/p and still nothing.

 

Any suggestions?

@maxcalvada, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. This model printer does not have a printhead. The printhead is integrated on the ink cartridge.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Troubleshooting Print-Quality Issues and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
