Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has worked for years until I changed the black ink cartridge.  Now I get a blinking yellow light (leftmost) and nothing works.  What does the light mean?

@Robmm76, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Due to its age, the support options are limited. 

Re-insert the ink cartridge.

Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
