My printer won't print black ink. I downloaded the Printer Assistant and went through all the steps. It says that both the black and color ink cartridges are almost full. When I printed the test page all of the colors came out sharp, but the black one shows dark gray horizontal lines instead of the dark black it should be. I cleaned the print heads, but it did not help. I also removed the ink cartridge and gently cleaned the contacts. When running the troubleshooter, it says everything is working normally. I ran the alignment page and only the colored parts show up. I am at a loss. Can anyone help, please?
