HP Deskjet F4280
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Deskjet F4280-- 'printing' blank pages; new cartridge, even when copying (implying its not a driver problem). Printer not used for 8 years. I looked for document c01892627 but it was gone. It acts like it is printing but the page is blank. I also tried priming/cleaning the heads.

I am having the same problem - I've had the HP Deskjet F4280 for several years put just set it up and won't print anything - not a test page - not a copy - nothing - I can't find if the warranty date on the print cartridge is past due because there is no date on the cartridge - I have never opened the box or the cartridge until just now but it won't print and I'm mad if I have to buy new cartridges when these have never been used. It also won't tell me if this model is under warranty - I have spent 4-5 hours trying to resolve this issue and I can't find contact phone numbers for support - I've tried your virtual agent, community support, etc. with no results.  Every time I try to contact support it says my serial number is wrong and try submitting it again - it is the serial number on the bottom of the machine CN8802P1WD.   I am @Diane721
