Hi! Recently bought new black ink for my deskjet 3636 printer. I bought 302 cartridge after seeing that the printer works with these cartridges on the HP site. However when I was removing the old cartridge, I realised that it was 652. My 302 is not working as it says it is not compatible. Is there a way around this?

@Tanak98, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3636 All-in-One uses HP 652 ink cartridges in the Middle East region. HP 302 ink cartridges are not compatible. You may get it exchanged at the place you bought it from.

 

Kindly use HP 652 ink cartridges to resolve this issue.
