Deskjet Plus 4130 Setup Cartridges

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a deskjet Plus 4130 which has been working since January and is on it's second set of ink cartridges.  I'm trying to configure it on a new network and now it's asking for setup cartridges which I don't have.  I've seen a link here to a solution which is in a private message that I can't access. Could someone let me know how to resolve this  by bypassing the setup cartridges.

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement Setup cartridges

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
