Hi,
I changed all my ink cartridges to new HP 655 genuine ones. All colors are printing well except the black. Again I changed the black cartridge to a new genuine one. Still the black printing is very very poor or not at all, while other colors are great. Twice I ran clean print heads & deep clean print heads which did not help. I also preformed a full factory reset which also didn’t solve the no black print issue. It seems that there is a ink clog somewhere. How can I fix this issue.

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
