Hi

I have common problem with developers BK, C, M, Y for the above printers,

Sometime the problem with one or two or three developers on the same printer as shown in the attached file (1), the developer may be 30% or 40 % of its yield, to resolve the problem, I have two choices:

1-Emptiying the carrier/material on A3 sheet and mix it with a tool like spoon and refill it again in the developer tank, the result as show in the attached file (2), but the problem back again may after weeks or more.

2-Replaced the affected developer with new one (this solution is expensive because the developers did not reach its lifetime !!)

Any advice or recommendations1122???
