Hi @Kim0000099,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble with your prints.
Here are some steps you can try to address the issue of not printing the whole image:
Check Print Settings:
- Open the document or image you are trying to print.
- Go to the print settings or print dialog.
- Ensure the paper size is set to 4R (4x6 inches) or the appropriate size.
- Check if there is a “Fit to Page” option or similar setting. Make sure it’s selected to fit the image properly on the paper.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Go to HP's website and download the latest drivers for the HP Smart Tank 750 series.
- Install the drivers and restart your computer.
Check Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your printer firmware is up-to-date. Firmware updates can fix bugs and improve performance. Check for updates on the HP support page for your printer model.
Print Quality Settings:
- In the print settings, check the print quality settings. If you’re using photo paper, ensure you’ve selected a high-quality print option.
Software Issues:
- Try printing from a different application or software to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, the problem could be with the software you’re using to print.
Check for Software Updates:
- Make sure your HP Smart app or any other printing software you use is up-to-date.
Printer Calibration:
- Some printers have an option for calibration or alignment in the settings menu. Perform any available calibration or alignment procedures.
Test Print:
- Try printing a test page or a different image to see if the issue is specific to the image you're trying to print.
