Product: M451nw

I have horizontal streaks across my printing, every 2.7cm. Clearly there is a dirty roller somewhere. I have cleaned everything I can reach. Help?

There is no 2,7 cm in the list of defects on M451. Can you double-check the distance and compare it with lower info.

Definitely 27mm, and regular spacing down the page. I double checked the model number just to be sure.
