Product: HP Smart Tank 5000/5100 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Do the printheads ever need to be replaced (HP smart tank 5000) and if so how will I know and will the printhead carrier come to the center position to make the replacement?  At this point the carrier will not come to center position when front door is opened. All my ink tanks are full. My printer is only seven months old.
