macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have just purchased a new HP printer 4130e to replace my old hp printer which printed the pictures I am printed today perfectly....well until it broke. I use a MAC with OS Big sur 11.5.1

Firstly the print preview doesn't match the document when its printed. so i am wasting card and ink each time the document or picture i print fails to be what it shows on the print preview.

Secondly the bottom of the document always seems cut off so I have to loose an inch off the bottom of all my pictures, even though I have removed footers and headers. However if i fit to page it works fine, but that is not what I wanted.

Please help... i have an exhibition soon and didnt want to re align all my cards and pictures or loose an inch off the bottom of them all.

thanks dbee

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to assist you with the preview and cut off issue.

How is the Printer connected to the MAC? Which App are you using to print? Did this always happen?

Are you able to copy well?

Let us know 🙂

Thanks!
