Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281FDW

I recently purchased this printer and when I print color, I see horizontal magenta and yellow streaks that represent a pattern.

When I print b&w, there is no streaks.

Here are some photos of what it looks like and the toners.

I've tried many things and researched a lot, I've come to the conclusion it's likely I need to replace the toners (which is a bummer because they're expensive and it's still 90% full), but before I pull the trigger I would love some insight.

I also noticed these white marks on the toners. Could it be from that? Is there a possibility I can repair it instead of wasting and replacing, also should I fix anything in my printer to avoid new carts from being damaged.

Based on the single color repetitive defects there is an issue with the magenta and possibly yellow toners. Not unexpected from a budget priced generic cartridge. See it all the time.
