Does not Print
03-06-2021 04:29 AM

The ink cartridges are inked, and are recognized by the printer and software.
When I send print it comes out blank.
I've done manual cleaning and via software. When I ask for cleaning via software or alignment,
the only thing that prints are small blue marks. Do you know how to help me?

@DanielSilva, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I see that the printer is printing blank. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!

Yes, it could be the ink cartridges that are defective. Or, if the printer is not used for a long time, ink could have dried up.
You may visit Hp Store to buy the compatible ink cartridges.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
