I bought my printer when i lived in Canada, and took it with me to the Middle East when i moved ( i love this printer). But I haven't been able to use it because I can't find the right ink for it. Hp 65 ink isn't sold here, I read that Hp123 should work but the printer says its not compatible and I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP

Hi @FeyRas,
I'd like to help!
HP 123 cartridges are the right ones for the region you are at.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to accept cartridges from a different region.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
