I have here for the Laserjet m281 a new original HP print cartridge. When I use it, I get the error message "Printing blocked - The cartridge contains a chip that is not from HP". I bought the cartridge at the original price in the original sealed box at the store. A 2nd cartridge purchased at a different time generates the same error message. What can I do?

Ich habe hier für den Laserjet m281 eine neue original HP-Druckkartusche. Wenn ich diese verwende wird die Fehlermeldung "Druck blockiert - Die Kartusche enthält einen Chip der nicht von HP ist" angezeigt. Die Kartusche habe ich zum Originalpreis im versiegelten Originalkarton im Fachhandel gekauft. Eine 2. Kartusche, die zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt gekauft wurde erzeugt die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Was kann ich tun?

I'd like to help!
You may refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. HP will not guarantee the functionality of those ink cartridges.
There are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why it's not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
