Hello,
I have the HP Envy 6430e All in One printer.
I am posting here as I believe my ink cartridges have dried up as it has been some time (at least several months) since printing. I have gone through all of the steps to clean and still no change. I have looked through all of the support and it is quite baffling why there is no option to request new Instant Ink/Subscription cartridges after a certain amount of time has passed.
I'd appreciate it if someone from support could message me or trigger a shipment of the appropriate cartridges - dealing with the lack of support, different regions/support times is a headache, especially as my problem is fairly simple and easily resolved.
