I have called hp and instant ink for two days now for at least two hours at a time and they can't fix the issue. I recently moved and while trying to set up my printer to the new Wi-Fi a yellow light started flashing and an EO error popped up. hp support fixed it at some point but they could not get my internet to connect saying it was a "router error". This never occurred when it was working the last time, I used it but my printer shows up in my Wi-Fi selection settings, and when I try to do the whole setup process it connects to my printer and turns off the Wi-Fi. now the yellow light is on again, I called and now they are saying it's a driver issue???? and trying to make me pay before I can get any help with it. i am really busy with school and have no idea what to do now.
