@Edukur, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry you're running into an E0 error with your new 67XL ink cartridge on your HP DeskJet 2775. I’ll guide you through the steps to get your printer working properly again.
The E0 error generally indicates an ink cartridge problem, it could be due to:
- Incompatible or non-genuine cartridges
- Protective tape not removed
- Dirty contacts
- Cartridge not seated properly
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Verify Cartridge Compatibility
Make sure you're using genuine HP 67XL Black or Tri-color ink cartridges.
Check and Reseat the Cartridge
- Power on the printer.
- Open the ink cartridge access door and wait until the carriage is idle.
- Remove the ink cartridge and:
- Ensure the plastic tape covering the nozzle is removed.
- Inspect the copper-colored contacts, gently wipe them with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
- Reinsert the cartridge firmly into its slot and close the door.
Reset the Printer
- Keep the printer powered on.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect and turn the printer back on.
Update Printer Firmware
An outdated firmware might block cartridge recognition: Official HP® Support
Try Another Cartridge
If available, try another HP 67XL or standard HP 67 cartridge. If the issue doesn't occur with the alternate cartridge, the new one might be defective.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
