Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Envy 5020 has started to print really faded pages. I am only attempting to print black text documents at the moment.

I put new cartridges in only a couple of weeks ago and the levels are all good. I have tried aligning the cartridges and cleaning them but this didn't help at all. 

After reading a couple of the other posts on here I tried printing with only one cartridge in the printer.

When I removed the colour cartridge the print was faded. I then replaced the colour cartridge and removed the Black cartridge and the print was good and clear so I presume the problem is with the black cartridge. Do I just need a replacement black cartridge or is this possibly a printer issue that can be resolved?
