ENVY 5660 won't print

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a solid blue wireless icon on.  Ink supply is OK.  Printer sounds like it is printing, but all I get is an ejected blank sheet of paper.

@BigD91, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is printing blank sheets. Let us try these steps:

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Clean the ink cartridges(twice) and print a quality page as mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
