Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print black and white from my ENVY 6055, I get missing lines and entire sections of missing content. Ink levels are ok - the black genuine HP ink cartridge is almost new, about 85% full.

 

I've tried using the Clean Printheads function, and second-level cleaning, but it has no effect.  The test pages that come out are still completely ruined/useless.  What do I do now?
