Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

I have tried every trouble shoot and I continue to get the error "Unable to print".  In HP smart > Printers> it will not allow me to select Diagnose & Fix.  I have undownloaded and re-installed, have unplugged and re-set.  What does this error mean and how do I correct it?
