Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

New ENVY 7900e.

Setup and tested correctly.

I have the test page and it's full color.

 

But, when I tried to print a photo, there was no cyan color at all.

 

How to fix or should I just send the printer back to HP ?
