EPrint without ink

To set up your instant ink account you need the ePrint code, and the way to get the ePrint code is to print out the Diagnostic page. I didn’t think to do this when I first got my printer and now I’m 100% out of black in, so the page will print with the icons but not the text. Is there a way to get this code another way or do I have to just buy ink in order to print the page I need to get the ePrint code?
